"This is a Lebanese dish, excellent for dipping with vegetables or spreading on bread. It can also be used as a topping for just about any dish."

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste

Directions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, mint, dill, and kosher salt together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 12 hours.
